Q.

I539 Change of Status (COS)

1)I came to US on F1 for grad study in 2004, changed major to accounting, started a job since 2007 with H1B approved in Oct 08
2)I'm pregnant. I quitted job in Jan 09 to stay with my husband who's on F1 in another city
3)Before I quitted, I applied to Art (B.A.) of a community college and filed COS to F1 (with I94 submitted) as I wanted to use this time to learn sth. I enjoy
4)I received Request for Evidence including reasons for requesting COS and returning to school at this time, why study Art in US, ties to home country, financials, all residential records in US.
5)I have Canada green card
I'm considering a)submit evidence & wait, b)withdraw, go to Canada to apply for F2 or B2. Which has a better chance? Will withdrawal affect a new application and any legal isues I'd consider?
