Q.

Regarding f2 and h1.

I am on F1 OPT right now till October. My wife is currently in India. She is applying for F2 visa on 2nd April. She also, has a job offer from US based company that plans to file H1 in April, 2009. Assuming her H1 application gets accepted, can she enter US on F2 visa before october?
My priority is to get her as early as possible. So your advice will be very helpful.
