Q.

f1 to h1 to f1

I came to US on F1 visa in Jan 2006 and my F1 visa stamp is good till Jan 2011.After completing my masters in DEC 2007 I applied for OPT starting from Feb 2008 and then joined company A and applied for H1 and COS approved from Oct 1 2008 with an approval I-797 & new I-94 valid till Sep 2011.I heven't been out of US for stamping for H1 visa.My company couldn't find me a project and i was not paid since then. Now i want to change my status back to F1 but i cant apply for COS within US as i dont have any paystubs of my H1.If i take an 1-20 and go back to my homecountry than
1)do i need to attend a visa interview(consular processing)again?
2)or can I comeback on my already stamped F1 visa which is good till 2011 on F1?
3)Do my out of status of H1 will have any impact?
4)Plz advice me
