H4 to F1 COS , plan to stamp in India (kolkata) consulate
Hi,
My wife is currently on H4 Visa. I am a full time employee in a major company.
My wife recently got admit from "Lincoln University" in Oakland, CA.She has just started her First semester. I wanted to transfer her to F1 soon. Also, she had done some studies in US before.
Is it fine for her to Visit India, and do H4 to F1 stamping? Especially when she is in her First Semester? Do let me know.
Or do i file COS from here? I heard the average time is 3 months.
