Q.

OPT extension denied (Nov 11 '11) Regular OPT expired on Aug 4 '

I have been working on OPT since August 2010
My regular OPT expired on Aug 4 2011
Applied for extension on June 16 2011
Got RFE on Sep 1 '11 saying that CIP code & E-verify number are wrong
Sent new I-20 with correct CIP code but put same E-verify #.
OPT extension denied for putting same wrong E-verify #, on Nov 11 2011.
Qs:
Can I apply for Motion to reopen with proper E-verify #?
Am I staying here legally since my Denial is dated Nov 11?
My employer is ready to sponsor J1, or H1 or anything. To apply for this can I stay in US or should leave?
If I apply for H1 and if it is approved, can I start working or should go out of US for stamping and then start working?
If my stay here from Nov 2011 is illegal, Does this affect application for greencard in anyway?
