Q.

H1B denied. OPT Expired

As per my online status, it says they mailed me denial notice for H1B. My OPT-Extension expired oin July 2011. Since then I have been on OPT Cap-Gap Extension. Now that my H1b is denied. What are my options.
1)Can I apply for and get into another school as my F1 Visa is still valid until next year July.
2) Can my employer file new H1b application.
3) Can my employer reopen the denial case.
4) I am on job as of now. In what conditions I can or cannot continue my job.
FYI: I havent yet received official denial notice but is expected in a day or two.
Please provide answers in detail for my questions as I am very tensed and confused.
