EB green card is applied normally when one is on H1B. I am a student and will be on STEM OPT from Jan 2012 onwards.
a) Can I apply for my green card(Perm,I140 & I485) on STEM OPT after Jan 2012.
b)If the answer to above question is yes then, what is the probability of rejection of Perm, I140,I485 because of the fact that I am on F1?

My spouse got F2 Visa with expiry date June 2015 from Bombay and he entered USA on F2 Visa on March 2011. He changed the status from F2 to H1 in USA in June 2011.
a) Is the F2 stamp (foil) on his passport still valid even though the status is changed from F2 to H1B?
b) Can my spouse use the existing F2 Visa (foil) on his passport to re-enter USA provided I am maintaining F1 status and the F2 Stamp(foil) on passport is not expired ?
