Hi,

My wife is on an H4 visa, and we wanted to know the following with regards to her going on an F1 visa-

a) Will her going on an F1 create problems for us in the GC process? I have my I-140 approved and based on current estimates I will have to wait 2 years before my priority date (EB2-Oct09) becomes current.
b) In case our date for filing the I-485 comes up while she is on the F1 visa, does she need to switch back to H4? and is it possible that she can switch back to H4 after completing the degree or midway through her degree?
c) Is it safe to switch to F1 from H4 with the spouse being on H1 and having an active GC application in the pipeline?
d) Does she need to get the F1 visa stamped if she has to travel internationally?
