EAD card (OPT) delay.
Hi,
I had filed an I-765 application for an EAD card. I am a recent graduate and I need the card to start my employment under Optional Practical Training (OPT).
I am aware that once my OPT starts I cannot be unemployed for more than 90 days.
I already have a job offer.
My question is: What will happen if I get the card only after the stipulated 90 day period (within which I must start working)
