Q.

Reg:- My OPT (EAD) denial

Hi,
My name is srikanth. I had applied for my opt on june 10th 2011 and my opt start date was september10th 2011. I got the acknowledgement from USCIS. But, After that I received an denial letter from USCIS because I have applied for my opt 90 days prior to the program end date that is september 10th. But my program end date was in august 2011. I verified with my DSO they mentioed that I was graduated in AUGUST 2011. What do I do know?
