Q.

Travel during OPT Extension is pending?

Hi. I am on F1 visa. I have applied for my OPT extension and waiting for my new EAD card to come. Can I travel before I receive my new EAD card? If so when I re-enter US what should I submit to immigration other than my passport and I-20? I am on STEM Extension program.
