Q.

Fi visa status

My F1 visa is valid till Dec.6, 2012 in my old passport. I have now a new passport with changed last name due to marriage. Do I need to apply for a new F1 visa with my new last name if I visit India in this period or will my valid visa with my old last name (in old passport) work perfectly fine?
