I am a former TVU student(Studied for 1 sem and took CPT in my field of study), received a Denial Notice for my F-1 reinstatement application from VSC. What are my options?
1) In how many days can i leave the country and my denial notice was on July'16
2) I have been send a Motion to reopen from USCIS, can i try filing that? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
3) Is reentry option a viable option now?
4) As i am nearing my graduation in my current university, what chances do i have at the US embassy in India for F-1 Stamping?
5) Is it better to try for F-1 or H-1B in future? And what are the implications of F-1 Reinstatement Denial?
6)Will the I-20 to get stamped have a new sevis or the terminated sevis?
7)Will it ruin my chances to apply 2 Canada
