My compensation is equity in the company but I am in OPT
I am a first year MBA student. I already have an internship for 40 hrs, for which I took CPT. But I have another part-time internship for 10hrs, for which I am being given a stake(equity) in the company. I wanted to know if I can hold stake in a company during my CPT. Can I take a CPT based on equity ? Can I as an International (Indian) student hold stake in a company? Also, I learnt that there is no limit on the number of hours I can work in CPT. Please comment on the number of hrs a student can work in CPT also.
