I am already studying in USA. I came to US in august 2007 and completed my masters in electrical engineering in December 2009. Then I got enrolled in MBA in January 2010. In the meantime my F1 visa got expired and I came to India to get a new F1 visa. I was not eligible for re stamping because my visa had expired more than 1 year ago. New Delhi US embassy rejected it, saying that i can be a potential immigrant. What should I do now? What is the right time to reapply? My semester is starting in 1 month and I already completed 3/4th of my coursework. I have already paid fees for the course. I have only 4 more courses left.
