Q.

H1B and OPT Extension

Hi
I completed my Masters in December 2009. Got my student OPT (EAD) approved from Feb 2010 to Feb 2011. I got a job and got my H1B approved from Dec 2010 to Dec 2013. In the meantime I applied for OPT Extension and got approved till June 2012. I haven't yet gone for stamping my visa.

Question:

1. Is my OPT extension still valid since my H1 is approved, but I haven't got stamped (in passport) yet?

2. Can I change my employer and apply for a new H1B through this new OPT without transferring my previous H1?
