I guess you know my situation from my previous question. I am trying to reenter US on my F1 status but I dont have a valid EAD, I have a valid Visa and I-20(I-20 is attested to travel by the school). I spoke to my school's immigration advicer and to my employer's immigration person both said EAD is not a must for reentry however valid visa, valid I-20 and companies offer letter or pay stubs is much and should be fine.
Can I use the notice of action on my I-765 (OPT extension under STEM) and a good standing letter from the school pluse the I-20, visa and companies offer letter or pay stubs to reenter or I have to have valid EAD to reenter US?
Do we have a way to faster the process of OPT extension under STEM?
