After I filed extension for my OPT in STEM I had go India in an emergency. Now my original EAD expired and the application for extension is pending and I am outside the US. My friend can mail me the EAD if it is approved, do I have to do anything or just wait or my application will be rejected coz I am not in US?
If my application is going to be rejected. I have a valid F1 visa can I take addmission into MBA and reenter US? is this action will bring any complications coz I filed for OPT extension?
I have also filed for H1(change of status from F1 to H1) which got picked up in the lottery on 12 april 2008 however the status is still "case recieved and pending" from 10 months, why? Will this be done by April 2009?
Finally if I enter US as a new MBA student,will this cancel my H1 petition?
