Got an answer on 31st Jan in which you suggested to have info pass and go to USCIS.It would be kind of you,if you can check.Short rephrase:OPT EAD app is pending for over 90 days,applied on 18 Oct,10 and USCIS said can take 6 more months in Jan,10.
In 08,filed COS(i-539) got denied while i was on B visa to get F1, within allowed stay time,flew to home country got F1 till June2012,came back on F1 in Aug-08,finished MS 2010 and applied for OPT,had divorced by GC in 09,never filed any immigration benefits at all.
Cant work without EAD,have job offers,a company wants to file H1 as my OPT is pending.Can i do that? If after applying H1,OPT gets approved/disapproved then what will be situation or if H1(if possible to apply) gets approved while OPT pending what will be the situation.Please guide
