COS H4 to F1 - OPT eligibity
currently studying full time on H4. Applied for COS from H4 to F1. I am hearing that it takes more than 3 months for F1 approval. For OPT eligibility it is required to have enrolled on a full time basis for one full academic year.
My question is does this full time basis for a academic year count from the day F1 is approved or can we count the day i enrolled fulltime on H4?
