I am on OPT STEM extension. My F1 visa and OPT expires on June 07, 2011.
My employer is willing to file H1B in premium processing in April with start date of Oct 1st 2011.

1. Since my OPT expires on June 07, can I continue working till my Oct 1, 2011 ( assuming H1B gets approved) based on cap-gap extension ?
2. I need to travel to India around June 9th, 2011 for my marriage and will return to US in 15 days.
Since my F1 visa will be expired by then, What are the options do I have for continuing my work ( from June to October 1st) after returning back to US.
My spouse is on H1B.
3. If I come here on H4, will my approved H1B still valid allowing me to start working from Oct 1st 2011 ?
