Hi there,I am student on F1 visa.I have the visa till 2014.Currently, I am terminated from the university and I am in the USA.I was terminated on December 20,2010.I am applying for new I-20.The DSO of the new I-20 issuer told me I can't apply for new I-20 unless I will be out of USA.My questions are as follows
1.Do I need to go to consulate and apply for new Visa?
2.Now what is my status in US?With in how many days I need to leave the country?
3.What are the questions I will face at the port of entry?
4.Once If I-20 is issued how many days before I can step into the states?
