I am planing to change my status from H4 to F1 for Summer 2011. Husband H1,H4 valid-Aug2011
1. My Husband is Planing to transfer his H1 with new employer.if i submit my documents for COS from H4 to F1 with his current employer H1 information. and after submitting documents if he transfers the H1, does it will effect my COS processing.
Should he wait for changing employer until i get my F1 approved? if not do i need to send H1 transfer documents again to USCIS with my case status?
2 I-134, Can two person(Husband and his Friend) sponsor my Education. College is saying only one person can sponsor you. does it correct?
3.Is it recommended that my husband should sponsor me. Is there any problem If only our common friend is sponsoring and filling I-134?
