Q.

H4 to F1 COS, Going for stamping

I came to US on H4 visa in Feb 2008. My husband's H1B 6 years gets completed on Nov 2001 and his old company had applied for I-140 for him. His new current company hasn't applied for Labour still. Because of the change of the company he has to apply GC process from start. I have a expired H4 visa on my passport.
I decided to study in Jan 2010 and joined UNVA as a part time student on H4. I am going to complete 5 courses this winter. I decided to use CPT and then OPT so got COS to F1 this October 2010. COS was approved without any queries. Now I am going for vacation Dec 7th to India for 1 and half month. I need to get F1 visa stamp and my question is what are my chances of getting it and what are the documents I should carry and what should I tell visa officer to show ties to home country
