I did my Masters program (MS)in usa and graduated in 4/2007. OPT started from 5/2010. H1 started from 10/1/2007. Got H1B stamping in Mexico. I worked in usa till 10/25/2008 and left to india. Got F1 visa stamping in aug 2010 for my second masters MBA. I reentered usa on 09/15/2010 on F1 Visa.
Here are my questions.
1. Am I eligible to get my OPT after finishing my second Masters MBA as I changed to H1B status and left to india and i reentered on F1 visa?
2. If No for the 1st question, I used only 5 months of opt after my first masters so can i use the remaining time of opt after second masters?
3. Can I apply for H1B visa in the middle of my second masters? If Yes, will there be any problem if i go for H1 stamping?
