signing a work contract for 2 year and breach of contract.
Hii, Iam an international student presently on OPT status. I received a job offer as pharmacy technician in a pharmacy store in Washington DC. My employer has asked me to sign a legally binding contract of 2yr and breaking it before 2yr is penalty fine of $25,000. My question can I get legally bonded with this contract. Iam very scared about taking this job offer. He is even going to provide H1 visa to me but on my expenses. Please advise me regarding this.
