H1B visa transferred apporved after getting F1 visa

I got my H1B visa in 2007. I worked as H1B visa holder till September 2009. After that I decided to join school. I applied for Change of status. I left USA in September 2009. Now I have valid F1 visa till 2014. During same time frame (September, 2009) I was trying to transfer my H1B to another company (Say, Company A). When I was in India, Company A tried to transfer my H1B; but I didn’t wait till H1B transfer approval. I came back to USA with F1 visa in October 2009. My H1B transferred was approved in January 2010. Company A told me in order to take H1B visa I have to leave USA. I didn’t leave USA. Still I am in school with my F1 visa. Now if I leave USA, do I need to go for visa stamping as my H1B transferred was approved after getting my F1 visa (BTW,I want to be in USA with F1 Visa)?
