Q.

wedding on a F1 student visa

I have a F1 student visa until 2012 and I'm going to get married to an american citizen in juin 2011 here in California. I'm going to graduate in december 2011 and then move back to Europe with my husband (my F1 student visa will still work). What do I need to do to get a wedding licence in california? (papers, visa etc..knowing that I don t want a green card)
