Hi,Please advice.
--My STEM OPT ends June'2011
--Planning to apply H1 this month.(Sept;2010),I Have all required documents.
--But have plans to India in Nov'2010.(For 2 weeks)
--And at same time i want to utilize my OPT period.

My questions:
1) Can i travel(With valid OPT & Visa, offer letter, Pay stubs) while H1-B is in process without COS application?
2)If no, Can i go with premium process for H1 w/o COS??
3) If i get H1(w/o COS) approval before i leave to india.I need to get stamped in India ??
4)If i get approval of h1 this year w/o COS, when is best time to apply for COS? (my opt ends jun'2011)
5)Or is it better to apply in Dec.2010 after my return from India? Will H1-B quota be still open at time of december'2010??
6)Please providee me with best solution.thnx
