Q.

Change of university upon arrival to the united states

Univ A reporting date:09/7/2010.They gave me 1 week extn 09/14/2010. Univ B reporting date 09/18/2010.
I got F1 stamping from univ A.I got acceptance from univ B where the tuition is very less after getting the Visa. Can I transfer to univ B without studying first semester.univ A came to know about my intention to get transferred to university B but i made them clear that i dont have that intention

1. Once i get the acceptance from univ B, can i directly request for a sevis transfer upon arrival. Will univ A create any problem? Whats the max. problem that they can create?
2. What happens if the univ people cancel my I-20 as my intent is to transfer?
3. Can I apply for reinstatement leaving usa and reentering with new I-20 by saving sevis fee again?
