I got the F1 stamping from University A and I am planning to change to university B after entering the united states in the first semester itself. I have the acceptance letter from University B currently. If my university A does not release the SEVIS and instead terminate my SEVIS record as I am transferring to another university in the first semester itself.
1. Will I be out of status if my University deletes my sevis record?
2. What can i do to get the reinstatement? I heard that i can cross the border and come back in the united states with new i-20 .. Which one is easy. Please clearly explain.
3. If Yes for 1, will it be easy to enter POE without any problem?
3. Do I need to go for F1 stamping again with University B?
