I am Kumar. I got the F1 visa stamping from University A but University A people emailed me that they would like to cancel my I-20 as I have the intention to move to a different university after landing un usa. My intention is not that and i dont know where they got that information. The university peole are saying that i need to pay the whole tution before coming to usa. My Bank loan is not yet sanctioned. Tution is very high for that university. Please guide me what can i do in this situation. University B is ready to give me the I-20. I dont want to go for stamping. They are not disclosing about where they got the information.They dont have proper evidence to prove that. Can I sue my university for holding me back in india and threatening to cancel the i20 unless i pay tution in advanc
