Q.

H1b to F1

Hi,
I have h1b visa stamped in my pp(till9/28/2010)
My employer applied for H1b ext for me in apr 2010 and got the ext apprved till apr 2013
I got an admitletter from NYU a week back.
I want to convert to f1.
1) if i go for stamping to india for f1 in jul.will my h1bext play a negative role ?
2) if my f1 is denied for some reason can i reenter usa on h1b and will that be valid till sep 2010( date till i have stamping or till apr 2013)
4)what date wil be on my i94 when i reenter. do i have to go for h1 stamping also at india to get h1b till apr 2013)
5) if i apply for COS in july 2010 and i join the school in sep 2010 and then i get cos denied in oct or nov 2010 .can i reinstate my old h1b if yes ,what is the process ?or have to go back to india within 30 days
