Hello,
I am an international student enrolled in English School program. My I-20 still has 6 months to expired, but i suspend the school since May 24th of 2010. Today is 22nd of June which make me a 30 day without enrollment in any program because I intend to transfer to Graduate program in the university which will be within the next month "the school adviser told me that I have 60 day to provide my new I-20. However, I have 30 day to stay in the states after that I must leave". This is no sense.
-What would be the status of my I-20 now?
-Should I leave the country?
-In case I wait for the new I-20 even if it will cause legal issues, what is the issues? What would be the solution?
