F1 Visa Interview in Hyderabad, India

I came to the US on H4 in Sep 08. I renewed my H4 status last year. Last Fall I started MS on H4 and I completed 2 sems of MS program. This March we applied for F1 COS and got it effective May 7. This week, I got GA that pays for my tuition 2 sems . I am not taking any classes in summer, my classes begin Fall. I am visiting India in July and need to go for F1 stamping. 1) What kind of questions can I expect at the consulate ?
2) Since I was in US on H4, will that cause any issues in my visa interview?
3) When I applied for MS,my TOEFL score expired, but I got admission. At that time I gave the school the only TOEFL scorecard I had. College shredded the original scorecard & I have a copy of it. Is it ok to show the copy of the TOEFL score at embassy. Do I need any letter from college ?
