H-1B approved, travelling on OPT. with a valid F-1 VISA
I have finished my Masters in December 2009 on F-1 visa.My OPT started in January 2010(opt card expiry date is jan 2011) and I started working form March 29 2010. My company applied for H-1B and it got approved which begins in oct 2010 and ends in Sep 2013. After my H-1B is approved, I got a new I20 which states that my OPT ends on September 30 2010. My F-1 visa expires in 2011. Can I travel to India and return back on F-1 status(OPT) if my travel dates are May 29 to June 9 2010??? Please clarify. Thanks in advance
