I am currently under F1 OPT status. I have been hired by a company which is e-verified but only in some locations. Is it necessary for me to be working in only those locations to avail the STEM extension? Or is it okay if the headquarters are e-verified and thats all that matters? Also, the way it works is there is the headquarters and the stores are present in the different locations. I would be working in one of the stores but its a country wide leadership program. I would just like to know if I can still apply for the STEM Extension? Thanks!!
