I was suspended from graduate and my F1 status was determinated last year,which are more than 5 months. I was applying for another school and I've been admitted this summer in MAy and got the new I20. I just realized right now I am out-of-status. But my F1 visa will be expired till JULY,2010.
My question are following,
1, Could I go back to my home country(CHINA) and reenter USA with the new I20 without getting a new visa? will they reject me and send me back?(w I-20 (new SEVIS#) but entered US on old F1 visa (old SEVIS#) based on my out-of-status situation.
2,If I go back and get a new visa, will my situation of out-of-status in USA for nearly 6 months affect the issurance of my F1 visa again?
3, Which option for me is more risky and What should I do right now?
