Q.

travel between F1 to H1b

I am in student (f1) status now. my f1 visa is valid 2013.my study in mba is continue. But I want to apply H1B this year 2010 on my Indian master degree.
(1) After applying H1b I want to travel India on 10 june and back to usa 25 july 2010 .can I reenter on my student status
(2) In this period my h1b file will pending or in processing. when I reenter on port of entry what will my status. f1 or pending. so I want to apply h1b without change of status means I want apply I129 petition file but I do'nt want I 539(change of statuse). I want continue my F1 status still my H1b approved. can I do that and to travel between above period is risky?(3)If my h1b file do not approve then my student status will continue or loss?
