Applying OPT while I-140 is pending
Hi again! Our I-140 has an intent to revoke (because my experience was not progressive did not meet the EB2 criteria). If it is revoked, will it still be risky to apply for OPT? I do not plan to apply for I-140 again at this point.
Moreover, will my F1 be revoked at any stage in this process? I am still in school, doing full time classes and my I-20 is valid until next year (2011).
