Travelling to India
I graduated in Feb, 2010. I have EAD Card, Job Offer letter and valid F1 visa which is valid til September/01/2010. Should I travel to India.
My employer will file my H1B card next year. Please reply before tomorrow as I have booked tickets to India for tomorrow evening.
If they ask me while coming back why do you want to enter USA as you have completed your education, what should be the answer.
