Hi, I was earlier on H1b and later changed to H4. Now, I want to go for F1 (for CPT & OPT). My spouse has filed I-140(approved) and it has my name on it(dependent). I-485 is not filed yet as we are waiting for PD.

1)Does this create any problem with H4 to F1 COS? What are chances for approval?

2)In I-539, what should I answer for 'Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?' Yes/No

3) Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in the application? Yes/No

4) How long does it take for H4 to F1 COS?
