My OPT started on July 14th and I got a job as a registered nurse at hospital. I reported to school on Oct 10th that I will work for the hospital. but the hospital didn't accept me because of financial reason and I am now working as volunteer nurse at church 20hrs/week since Oct 12th. because I am interested in parish nurse for my future.

my questions are
1. I didn't tell my school advidor about volunteering at chuch till now. I think my record shows that I am working at the hospital. I can get a proof letter from the church. If I go to talk with my school advisor, can I fix my wrong record? or am I already illigal status?
2. Is it considerd as legal status to work at church as nurse for OPT?
3. I would like to get F2 visa for my wife to come over. Can I get one under this situatio
