OPT Extension Pending - Eligible to work ?
I applied for OPT extension 2 months before my OPT expires. My OPT expires on 01/04/2010. I am having receipt of the extension applied and I was offered full time job from 01/04/2010. I haven't received my OPT card. So in this situation am eligible to work with my previous OPT status. Is my OPT automatically extended untill I receive my OPT card?
