I completed Masters in engineering on 14th Dec 2009 and applied for OPT with start date of 21st Dec 2009. Application was received by USCIS on 27th Nov 2009. I forgot to put signature on the new I 20 issued by college with OPT endorsement. Hovever my signature is present on the old I 20 for Masters, which I enclosed along with the EAD application. Everything else is OK. Will I get an RFE for signature? Will my EAD be denied for this reason? If EAD is denied and I file an MTR, will I be in status till MTR period? If MTR is denied, can I file for new I20 or F1 even after 60 days of graduation? I want to wait for EAD and same time maintain status in case of denial. Parents have applied for employment based GC and I aged out so going back to my country for new F1 is not option. Please advice.
