Q.

Inadmissable

I entered the Us on an f1 with D/S on i94.Didnt go to school due to financial issue so fell out of status.Applied for reinstatement which was denied in 2001.In 2005 INS judge granted my dad asylum and i was granted under him.i hold an refugee travel doc.i do hold asylee status now. My i485 is still in process since 2007. im going to be flying to japan and back for 2 weeks. Will i be inadmissable since i was out of status? coz USCIS knows i was since i applied for reinstatement in 2001?i know i will be inspected by cis at the airport when i get back. We did tell the judge that i fell out of status due to refugee issues in my country and i lost funding coz my parents had to move here. i do have another i94 that says Asylum granted "to indefinate" Old one says reinstatement denied.
