Hi! I do come from China and entered in U.S. in August 2008 with a valid F-1(student visa), however I did withdraw from my school(private high school) since late March 2009, so I became out-of-status then(although I did not know this because too young at that time), now I'm going to college and need reinstatement but my advisor told me that reinstatement is too late for me because I've been out of statue for more than 5 months!!! My boy friend is also from China and he's on H1-B status, can I marry with him now to make my status valid again or are there any other ways to make me in status again except re-enter the country(I've been out-of-status more for half a year so I'm afraid the U.S. Embassy will not issue me an student Visa again)?
