Q.

H1B -F1

OPT Valid till Jan 2010.I had my H1B approved with COS-effective Oct 1, but however got it withdrawn before Oct1st. My earlier employer withdrew my petition sometime around September 16 and now my Case status says
"We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on September 29, 2009, and are now reviewing our earlier decision."
Currently working on my OPT for my new employer.Am i violating my status? Will there be any problem if my new employer file for a fresh H1B?? Also my SEVIS initially indicated like " OPT extended to Sept 30th" and now it says "Completed" and not terminated.
Q: Is my OPT still valid until jan 2010?
Q: "Completed" sEVIS means am i ineligible to work using my approved OPT card past Oct1?
