FI visa on I-485
I am here in US for year now, on F1 visa status and got married to my girlfriend in July 2009. since then we have filed I-130,I-765, I-864, I-485. I have recieved my reciept notice and have done my biomedical. I am thinking do i have to maintain my F1 status as being international student? IF i however droped my F1 status does it any effect?.
at the same time i get approved 130 petition which my parents applied 3 years ago.
please advise coz i think i need to work to survive tution fees now
