I'm a new F1 student.My SEVIS was terminated for failure to enroll in Summer classes. I didn't know i must enroll for summer courses to maitain my status.On my previous I20,the entry date is June 28th,which means i'll start my study in US in summer. But after arriving,my advisor in the department advised me to wait and take fall semester class. Then my SEVIS was terminated, the officer in my university asked me to go back to China and reentry. They issued a new I20 for me.I paid new SEVIS fee. My department also wrote an official explaination letter for me. I just got my visa two months ago. I have funding(graduate assistantship) from department. I want to make sure what is the possibility to successfully reenter in US.Thank you.
